- Why Chase
Quoting is the easy part.
Anything can be priced. What decides the job is whether the specification was right, whether the paperwork clears, and whether the goods land when the programme needs them.
Five commitments.
These are the points a buyer can hold Chase to. Nothing here depends on goodwill — each one shows up as something written, packed or shipped.
Written quotations
Every quotation states origin, lead time and Incoterms. Delivery terms are agreed at quotation stage rather than argued about after the order is placed.
One point of contact
The same contact carries the enquiry through to delivery confirmation. No handover between a sales desk, an operations desk and a freight desk.
Mixed-category consolidation
Because all nine divisions sit on one trade licence, categories combine into a single shipment instead of several separate imports.
Free Zone documentation
Paperwork is prepared for customs clearance at the destination, not assembled afterwards when the container is already sitting at the port.
Specification-led
Part numbers, serials and drawings are verified before anything is priced, so what arrives matches what was ordered.
Four steps, enquiry to site.
A short, transparent sequence. You always know which stage an order is at and what happens next.
Enquiry & Specification
Send a part list, a drawing, a machine serial or a scope. Exactly what is being priced is confirmed before anything else happens.
Sourcing & Quotation
Vetted manufacturers and stockists are compared on price, origin and lead time, and a written quotation is returned.
Order, Inspection & Documents
Goods are checked against the order, then packed with invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Consolidation & Delivery
Freight is booked by sea, air or road and tracked through to the nominated site.
What lands with the goods.
Documentation is part of the product. A shipment that clears is worth more than a shipment that is cheap.
